very bad casino??? i have withdrawal 40£ from my real balance not was from any bonuses,and my account was closed and my winnings was removed of this shitt of casino,isn t normally that,to keep my winnings,stay away from this site,is very scam

Having joined gala bingo 3 weeks back, I deposited £50. I played various games, winning and losing as you do in small amounts. I was playing one particular game with some bets to increase chances of winning and I was winning more and more. At one point I had about £1250 in wins so I made an £850 withdrawals i was made up winning a big amount. The game suddenly came to a close and had maintenance so I jumped over to the casino and slots. I played many games and was winning small amounts but also losing quite a bit. As I moved around the games I found one of the Pharos games and chose £5 a spin. I started winning average amounts of £20-£40 but again losing a few on the way. I hit a jackpot of £958 and was thrilled so I withdrew most of it and kept playing the game. I then hit loads of other decent amounts of £464, £375, £190, and loads of other smaller wins so as I was winning, naturally I was withdrawing which amounted to about £5500 and still had £300 left in my account. Suddenly, my account stopped working so I emailed them asking what had happened and we have been back and forth for 3 weeks. Today I have been told my account has been banned because I had took advantage of a side bet issue within the system which I exploited. If I'm winning on a game, I'm naturally going to play it but today they have said its banned and I wont get a penny. I am furious as these sites are rigged to their advantage and now they say I cannot do a thing about it. I wont that money fair and square and like I said I was losing along the way. How can they accuse me of taking advantage when its their site that was supposedly corrupted? If anyone else had these issues between 23rd - 25th March, you will need to seek legal advice. These sites are quick to take your money but refuse to payout when you win a decent amount. £5500 isn't life changing but its a decent amount for me and my family. What a joke gala bingo is and id steer clear from the site and save your money.

Gala is ok, however I have noticed the same winner wins majority of the Gala link games and the 5K on the Saturday what are the odds on that?Last week they won almost 2K in four days!

Just had my loyalty level slashed in half for what gala cite as ‘business reasons’. Account closed by me, they seriously need looked at by the regulator - I’ve reported them! Had a couple of wins so maybe that’s why! Cowboys, stay away from this site, hopefully they’ll get closed soon or fined!

I have used Gala on and off for a year or so with no issues. Then on 12/02/2021 I was sent a promotional email advising that if I deposited and spent £10 then I would get a £5 bonus. I did this and did not get my bonus(other companies credit it as soon as you have satisfied the promotional requirement. )Let's just say that 10 emails and a live chat have still not resolved this! I have been asked to prove that I got the promtional email in the first place which I have done. Then I'm told it was manually credited on 17/02/2021 but 'exhausted' by which I guess they mean spent but I haven't even seen it and have checked my account every day(it is supposed to take 24 hours to credit to my account). You email and a different person picks it up each time and there is no cohesion at all. I have asked for this to be escalated numerous times to no avail and also for proof that they did credit it and that I have spent it. I have been asked to screenshot my account and send proof of the bonus email numerous times. All this for a poxy £5! Absolutely shocking way to treat their customers!!!*EDIT* I contacted via messenger and they were brilliant! I was given 2 x £5 bonus so I have updated my review

I signed up and played 3 sister sites over 2 weeks Mecca gala and the sun each one is playing the same system the bingo card sequence 50 numbers called im still needing 7tg on all 3 sites even the same winners it's criminal and they get away with it bloody shocking..I didn't even win a bingo bonus lol

If I only could leave a zero star rating. Played on gala for a few years and the live chat has always been abysmal. Recently deleted all my debit cards off due to them being stolen and blocked by the bank. Added a new card deposited played and won, went to withdraw only to be told I had to withdraw to the cancelled cards!! 3 customer service agents on live chat told me there was no way this could be bypassed, the funds would bounce back but nothing could be done. So basically lost my winnings. Fortunately I started the complaints procedure and went to resolver to sort this out...magically the cancelled cards where deleted, as I'd done in the first place and I could withdraw. How many other people have gala done this to and they have ended up spending their winnings because they where told they couldn't withdraw, that's really worrying. Stay clear they don't give a dam. Edit in response to Gala3 agents not one. 3 agents said nothing could be done, no bypass no funds. That's not a mistake

This game is just out to take your money, should be shut down.

Cant even get in need my 1st deposit back

My missus was playing the Slingo it took her over 4hrs to play £20, she persevered with it as its all she plays, but every game she had was doing the same thing kept coming up with timed out log back in and there's been an unexpected error so having to refresh at least 5-9 times per game, it's supposed to be fun but it was annoying and frustrating for her and she wasn't getting the game experience she should have had, heres the kicker when telling the customers services about this the first one basically didn't bother with her and hung up the second one, well all she had to say about it was I will let technical know but it was reported over 2hrs ago and she found them to be pretty ignorant, and they didn't even offer to give her any money back to be able to play it when fixed, so to sum them up, dodgy faulty software, ignorant staff. Not fun

Disgraceful site their only happy when your losing despite all their gamble aware messages. They give bonuses but then block you from using them
